Items must be requested for return within 14 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery.

Original Condition

Garments must be unwashed, unworn, scent-free, with all security tags and original luxury packaging intact.

Swift Refund

Upon receipt and quality inspection at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Eligible & Ineligible Items

Eligible for Exchange / Refund

  • Ready-to-wear abayas in standard sizes (52 to 60)
  • Modest co-ords and clothing with all tags attached
  • Unopened fragrances in sealed cellophane packaging
  • Accessories in unused, original packaging

Ineligible Items

  • Bespoke or custom-tailored abayas with personal sizing adjustments
  • Perfumes whose security seals or caps have been broken
  • Items showing signs of perfume wear, makeup marks, or washing
  • Final sale or clearance items
